One way to fast track your surfing development is to cross train.

We have pulled together a Surf Cross Training programme targeting key areas:

Surf mobility

Flexibility

Strength

Building Muscle memory

Confidence

Water skills

Fun, Laughter & Community.

 

We are running 3 Surf Cross Training sessions per week for 8 weeks.

Kicking of week starting 24 July.

This time you can choose whether to do one, two or three nights
